Here is a series of screenshots from the woman we dealt with this morning.

The way she spoke to me in person, I likely will never be spoken to that way again for the rest of my life. She treated me like I was a piece of crap on her shoe.

Apparently I'm a shyster even though I offered $1,000 of my own money until she could pay us in 2 months.

We had an unfortunate incident today with a customer. A pine tree fell across her driveway and she told us she needed it done as soon as we could. So we went today and cleaned up the tree. Naturally with all of the rain the yard was pretty wrecked. She wasn't happy so I went and got straw and seed to redo the part of the yard that was messed up.

I get there and she screams at me not to put anything down. She then screams at the top of her lungs and cusses me up and down calling me several names. She says straw and seed won't fix it and it'll take more than that she we won't receive a penny until she's happy. I have a guy going out as I type this to assess everything.

I have never in my 38 years of life been spoken to the way this woman spoke to me today. And she is now denying she yelled or swore at me. And called me a shyster. This is after I offered her, at the time of the estimate, to cover $1000 of the job out of my own pocket until she could pay the rest.

So if anyone sees a bad review about us, this is what happened.

You all know how good of a company we are and what we stand for. Just wanted to address things just in case a false narrative gets out there.

It has come to our attention that we are consistently being confused with Beaver Tree Trimming based out of Lavergne on Alice Street. That is a completely separate company. We are Beaver Stump and Tree Service. Our ONLY numbers are 615-268-8076 for David, the owner, or 615-419-1606 for Justin, the manager.

They are not keeping appointments for estimates and tree work and people are calling us asking why aren't doing what we say we are going to do. This is disheartening as we have spent 16 years building our name on the immaculate work we do, to have it sullied by another company with a similar name.

Again, we are Beaver Stump and Tree Service. We are all over next door for a reason, and that is because we do what we say we are going to do. And we are going to do it as quickly as we can. If there is ever an issue with a scheduled estimate or a date for tree work, we communicate that directly with the client.

Thank you to everyone who has used us and continues to use us and to everyone who supports us!

Hello, middle Tn, it's your friendly neighborhood tree service! We've had several clients ask about why our prices have increased from years past, so we wanted to take a little time to explain why.

The price of gas and equipment has increased by almost double over the last 2 years since lockdown, we have hired 2 new employees, and we have spent lots of money on new equipment to make our jobs easier. As our expenses go up, so goes the price of work. We never want to raise prices but it comes with the territory unfortunately. Everyone else is in the same boat.

We hope this post finds everyone in good health in the wake of this past weekend's storm and just ahead of the holiday season!

We at Beaver Stump and Tree Service take pride in getting to ALL of our clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Over the course of the last 3 months we have had more rain and wind than we would ever have anticipated, not to mention tornadoes in December(are we in Kansas??). This has set us back quite a bit overall.

Rest assured that we are going to get to each and every one of you just as fast as we possibly can. We ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate fatigue from a long, busy year, and mother nature.
