Kiser + Vogrin Design is a design and landscape architecture firm
located just a mile down the street from the Ovation site in the Cool Springs area of
Franklin, TN. The firm, founded in 2010, is relatively young, but represents the continuation
of the friendship, and collaborative professional partnership, of founders Dwight Kiser
and Gary Vogrin who have been successfully designing, entitling, a
nd building projects in
Middle Tennessee since 1996. Since its inception, Kiser + Vogrin Design has strived to consistently provide innovative
and sustainable project solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client and each
site. Our talented and dedicated team has proven that it has the creativity, technical
skill, and business acumen required to meet the ever-increasing demands and challenges
inherent in the top caliber land development that is the new standard in the Middle
