Building a business isn’t always a straight line… sometimes it’s a little bit of trial, error, upgrades, pivots, and learning along the way. And that’s okay. ❤️
To my fellow small business owners: don’t be afraid to share your process. Don’t get discouraged if things don’t look exactly the way you imagined as quickly as you hoped. Growth takes time.
These photos I’m sharing are pieces of my branding journey. Some things have changed, some have been upgraded, and some are still evolving. It’s not 100% perfectly cohesive yet… but it’s a mile from where I started.
And the truth is, a lot of those changes happened because of my customers. My customers have taught me what they want, what they need, and what actually helps them. Once I learn that, I build around them.
That’s actually what I’m working on next — a branded product manual to go with all of our products. It’s been sitting on my laptop for about a year, and I’m finally sending it to the manufacturer to have it printed. Sometimes ideas take a little time before they’re ready to come to life.
One thing I’ve learned through all of this: the customer always comes first. And I’m incredibly grateful that because of that mindset, we’ve been able to maintain a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating that we take very seriously.
So if you’re building something right now… Keep Going!
Listen to your customers.
GROW with them.
And don’t be afraid to evolve along the way. 💛
