I have to make a post to recommend and shout out Piedmont Crane out of Harrisville. Steve was great throughout the whole process from the initial phone call to setting a RTU for us today. There was a mess of wires he had to get around and the unit was sitting back about 75 feet on the roof. It wasn’t an easy one but he got the old unit off and the new unit on with ease. It was impressive to see how good of an operator he was. If you find yourself needing a crane big or small reach out to them. It was a great experience. (724-735-4411)

Removed an old lowboy furnace that had quit working in one of the county homes and replaced it with a new high efficiency Carrier furnace. The existing furnace had to be disassembled and removed in sections before we could complete the installation. We fabricated all new metal on-site to ensure everything was installed properly and the finished product looked clean and professional. Now this home has reliable, efficient heat and is ready for the seasons ahead.

We recently installed a new Carrier mini split system with two cassette heads for Franklin Alliance Church in their newly renovated entrance/walk-in area. This space is heated by a boiler system, but they wanted the ability to keep it cool during the summer months while also adding a reliable backup heat source when needed. A ductless mini split was a great energy-efficient solution to accomplish exactly what they were looking for.

Long weekend, but this one was worth every minute. 💪 We were honored to be chosen for a full system install for someone who plays a big role in our business. It means a lot when that kind of trust is put in our hands.

This Airbnb started with an old 80% wall furnace and no air conditioning.
