Our extensive safety program, companywide training, and safety officers in each of our operating regions have resulted in excellent safety performance. This holiday season, IA Construction is proud to continue our tradition of giving back. At our annual Christmas party, our team comes together to collect and donate toys for children in need through the Toys for Tots program.

Every year, our employees go above and beyond by bringing in new unwrapped gifts to spread holiday cheer throughout the community. It’s more than just a party; it’s a reminder that when we build together, we can uplift each other and make the holidays brighter for families across the region.

Employees at IA construction have anxiously awaited the chance to meet Elliott and his family! Elliott is 4-years old and was diagnosed in 2021 with NF2 (Neurofibromatosis Type 2), a devastating genetic disease. IA has donated raffle baskets for several years to Elliott’s fundraisers to support the development and advancement of NF2 treatment through the nonprofit organization, NF2 BioSolutions. Elliott and Graham took over the Regional Manager’s role for the day. These great bosses gave the staff the afternoon off and told them not to come back for 8 weeks!
