Demo was a large phase of this remodel as Patrick removed a small hallway between the kitchen and the dining room to give the kitchen a larger footprint. Our goal with this kitchen was to tailor this space to meet each need of the family and be intentional with designated areas of purpose— like a drop zone and a coffee bar. 🤎 | Kohut Project

A large cabinet for storage was high on the wishlist for the bathroom with drawers deep enough to hold all the things 👏🏻|| Sykes Project

While we couldn’t change the size of this shower, we did make it feel larger (and dare I say bougier 😏) by being intentional with tile orientation and selections. We used a square tile for the ceiling and walls that we used as a diamond, and did a smaller rectangular tile to create a frame. A beautiful marble mosaic for the flooring transitioned the shower beautifully to the tile floor in the main space.🤍|| Sykes Project

One evening for advent, we made these cards and hid them around the house to find all December. It was so exciting each time that we found one. The kids would cheer, and we’d shout out, “I need a Savior, and He is here!” Thank you Jesus that you came as a baby and that you are here. || Merry Christmas 🤎

Merry Christmas to all and to all a goodnight ✨

12/22/2025

December has equally been filled with memory-making adventures and kitchen renovations. We are partnering with a family and simultaneously doing our own. It’s been full to the max, but so special in many ways. We can’t wait to celebrate Jesus’ coming this week. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year! XO, The Coles
