Who made the rule that all gas station attendants can speak on their phone for the entire shift?

Is this the best use of time for a gas station attendant?

I believe, and I could be wrong, that gas station attendants should be alert and focused on the people pulling into the gas station looking for petroleum.

Call me old fashion.

I’ve been pondering for some time on how to train McDonald’s workers so that they can fulfill orders with a higher than 50% error rate.

“Hi, I ordered a cheeseburger and got a hamburger”

Doesn’t seem like a big deal. However, the error is 50%, because 50% of the ingredients, didn’t make their way onto the burger.

I recently watched a video where the American military uses simulators to train and prepare soldiers for war.

Why can’t there be a simulator for McDonald’s?

It would be an easy way to w**d out the weaklings and get the best possible crew.

If one of them is in the simulation and they forget to put the cheese on a “cheeseburger” then fire them on the spot.

In the simulation, if a worker burns himself irreperably with the French dry vat, or forgets to put the beef patty on a hamburger( which they do often) then don’t hire the loser. Let him work for Wendy’s.
