How much dirt that builds up under carpet over the years is insane.... all than pollen and dandruff and everything else.... not good...

Floor was very off level. Had to cut the subfloor out, sister some joists to bring it to level, install new plumbing and a new tub!

Nice little greenhouse! May be a little over built but it is awesome

Refaced a porch, got all new posts and reinstalled the rails. Replaced the back steps with handrails, replaced the back door and installed a really nice storm door. This was really fun and made a world of difference.

Siding repair, door replacement, and trim repair and replacement is done, now just paint and prime!

Customer had an old direct vent water heater, I was able to get them a tankless installed and for a cheaper price than everyone else quoted for just a simple replacement!

A customer gave me free reign with his guest bath, only instructions I received was a budget. And I gave him a contemporary and very elegant and affordable guest bath. I love the blue with the grey! And the light grey 12x24 herringbone tile really set this off!

Someone’s toilet fl**ge wasn’t secured… because it was just a huge hole! We filled that hole with plywood, and even found some of the engineered hardwood floor in the basement so now you can hardly tell it was poorly installed originally, and they have a nice secure toilet!
