Not all jobs that we do are grand or give you that wow factor, but every job is important in one way or another. Today we were called to replace a pair of railing posts that had rotted out from within. The posts had failed to be sealed with stain or paint at the top and bottom causing moisture to seep into the pressure treated lumber and effectively rotting it from the inside out.
