Just a reminder that sweet Jack is still looking for his furever home! For Cami's birthday last fall, we paid for Jack's adoption fees.
Let's be honest, Cami was very very pushy about giving back to the organization that brought us together. She doesn't win "Employee of the Month' for nothin folks. :)

Jack is thriving in foster care, and it shows. With heartworm treatment behind him, he has fully leaned into the good life: relaxing on the couch, soaking up attention, and approaching each day with genuine, tail-wagging enthusiasm. Foster life has given him space to decompress, stretch his almost disconcertingly long legs, and show off just how sweet and easygoing he really is.
While Jack loves being in foster, he is absolutely ready for a permanent home where he can truly settle in and live life to the fullest with his people. He is currently available for adoption and actively taking appointments for in-person meet and greets, including introductions with resident dogs.

Some of you may know this face...she's the longest running employee of the month, always wants to give her two cents during conference calls (on occasion she makes an appearance during virtual meetings.) She's an all around great companion and adventure dog. Nearly four years ago, I adopted her from the SPCA of Fredericksburg and office life has been far from dull ever since.

Well today is her 8th birthday! 🎉 Aside from an excessive amount of treats and pets, we are celebrating by sponsoring the adoption fees of the longest resident at Fred SPCA, Jack. He's a sweet hound mix with floppy ears and friend to all. (See the link to his adoption page.) Schedule a meet and greet...he might be the four legged pal you've been dreaming of!

This weekend is the 54th annual Historic Fredericksburg Foundation, Inc. Candlelight Tour. It runs through Sunday and it's a must see.
