Working on a new project this past weekend. Tearing out a bathroom, moving fixtures around a little bit, and remodeling it. Had some helpers too. :)

Finished up a project for a customer over the weekend.
*Replaced an area where the old door had leaked and the flooring/joists had rotted
*Replaced the door
*repaired/Replaced a section of the hardwood flooring
*built a new deck

Completed project for the Robbs Family
Added a basement bathroom:
-raised step in shower(customers choice not to cut the concrete)
-macerating toilet
-linen closet
-shiplap walls
-corrugated metal ceiling for easier access to 1st floor
-built doors to cover below mudroom sink/work bench
-all new plumbing, and electrical needed for the bathroom.

*Flooring completed Dylan Portel. He did an excellent job, especially on the raised platform.

Did some repairs to this barn. Sured up the trusses, took out the old sky light coverings, and replaced with metal panels, and tightened up some loose metal pieces on the roof.
