Been a while since i last posted. I just finished the construction documents for a 4430 sqft home located in atlantic highlands with views of the ocean and NYC. Rendering is alomst complete and will post when complete.

Renovation to existing single family home

We are entering the Atlantic City market. Client is asking us to renovate the exterior of an existing bar. Art Deco is the direction. Stay tuned.

Going to drop off a set of drawings to a new client while contractor was told in the 11th hour he needed signed and sealed drawings by an architect. This oversight could have avoided if proper due diligence was done. Consulting an architect when altering or renovating your home or commercial property is critical and can save you time and money in the long run.

EK Design Studio is very excited to have been retained to work on the design development drawings for a stick framed, three story over parking, multi-family building. The site is in Canandaigua, New York. Will post the designs once completed.
