Job will be helping the roofing installers
Must be able to pick up 80lbs ( shingle bundle)
And move about comfortably on the roof.
Pay starts at 14 an hour (cash) and goes up as you learn.

Will need transportation, jobs are up to an hour around gladwin ( usually not that far )

Roofing laborer required to lift up to 80 lbs and be comfortable with heights.
We work mainly up north.. about an hour aroubd gladwin
I started working for myself because i wanted to get paid for what i did, because i worked hard.
I get it
And i am not afraid to teach you either
Chris was making 18 an hour cash after his third month.. knowing nothing coming into it.
I pay you for what you do... with thank you bonuses if you really worked hard that week.

Looking for laborers and experienced shinglers. (5 years experience at least.. with a gun in hand )
If you know how to do metal that is a plus
We have work all year, and alot of it.

About an hour around gladwin, and some mid michigan.
( we do carpool )
Pay is every week on mondays
Option for 1099/ payroll
But if you need cash, i understand.

Must be able to move around comfortably on a roof. Steeper ones as well.
Lift up to 85 lbs.
You will mainly be working with an experienced team member.
Handing them what they need throughout the day.
And cleaning the ground up.
We are a friendly team, and anyone with a poor attitude need not apply.
( we like to have a positive work environment )
You will not be a employee. But part of the team.
If you are willing to learn and grow in the field. We are willing to teach.

A little bit about my company...
I strongly believe in karma, what you put in.. is what you get back.
I will not over charge, I will not cut corners.
I am on every roof that I do... we may not be the fastest out there.
but in all honesty you do not want your roof done tremendously fast, if you are looking for a properly installed roof that is.
Alot of company's just send their guys out there and tell them to hurry up, so they can go onto the next and make more money.

I take PRIDE in what I do.
You wont get any shady characters with me.
Just a warm smile and a hello 💚
Drugs and alcohol, strongly prohibited...
And yes that is a issue with our industry, I have worked for enough companies to witness it.
Fully insured, workmans comp and liability.
No worried there 😁
