Hiester Construction, Inc. is currently seeking multiple motivated and self-driven Independent Commission Sales Representatives.

This is an independent contractor position and is NOT employment with Hiester Construction, Inc. Representatives are paid by commission from completed customer projects and are responsible for managing their own sales and projects.

Responsibilities Include:
✔ Generating and following up on leads
✔ Meeting with customers and preparing estimates
✔ Selling construction projects
✔ Ordering materials
✔ Scheduling projects
✔ Coordinating job completion
✔ Maintaining customer communication throughout the project
✔ Managing projects from sale to completion

Qualifications:
✔ Sales experience preferred
✔ Construction knowledge preferred
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Self-motivated and goal-oriented
✔ Ability to work independently
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
