Even the Best-Laid Plans Can Hit a Bump
At Loring Flooring, we take pride in our workmanship, but we’re also human. No matter how much experience you have or how carefully a job is planned, sometimes unexpected issues arise.
Last week, we had a section of subfloor begin coming up after the new flooring had already been installed. Our customer reached out right away, and we made it back over there as soon as we could to address the issue, and get everything secured and laid back down as it should be.
It was a good example of how even the best-laid plans can sometimes throw a wrench in the process. We believe what matters most in those situations is how they’re handled.
Being a dependable contractor doesn’t mean promising that nothing will ever go wrong. It means communicating, answering the phone, taking accountability, showing up, and making things right when an issue does arise.
We stand behind our workmanship, and our responsibility to our customers doesn’t end when the installation is finished.
Good communication. Accountability. Showing up. Making it right. That’s how we do business at Loring Flooring.
