Must be willing to work all year round. Follow all safety procedures and requirements. Must follow direction of the crew boss, and hold themselves with a level of professionalism expected on the crew. Tasks of a Field roofer:
Tear off of old roofing materials.
Prepping decking for new materials Measuring and cutting materials to ensure that they fit securely around vents, gutters, chimneys, and walls.
Smoothing out rough spots on roofs to prepare the surface for new shingles or waterproofing.
Replacing areas of clients’ roofs that are damaged or rotting.
Installing v***r barriers and insulation to create a more waterproof seal.
Safely setting up ladders, scaffolding, and hoisting equipment as required.
Updating the supervisor on job progress and reporting any problems related to the job.
Provide on going clean up on job site.

Looking for an experienced person to run our Carpentry Crew as a working Crew Boss. Must have broad knowledge and experience in general Carpentry. Examples: Vinyl siding, windows, doors, decks, and interior remodel. Hourly pay is determined by experience level, with a profit share program available.

We are looking to hire an efficient roofer to diagnose and repair clients’ existing roofing systems and install new roofing systems where needed. The roofer's responsibilities include removing hazards from roofs, gutters, and adjacent structures, and performing all tasks necessary for roof maintenance. Additional responsibilities may include jumping in on installation crews when needed.
