MIKE. MIKE. MIKE. MIKE. MIKE. GUESS WHAT DAY IT IS?!
IT’S HUMP DAY…. Oops… I mean…
IT’S HIRING DAYYYYY!!!! 🐪🌳
We are growing faster than anticipated… and it’s all thanks to YOU! Your likes, your shares, your comments, your tags… they’re making a difference in not only our lives, but also the lives of our employees. ❤️
With one of our employees moving into a new role with new responsibilities within our company, that leaves a spot open on our crew.
Now you might be thinking… what are the requirements?
1) Must be at least 18 years old.
2) Must have a valid driver’s license.
Got a CDL? That means more 💸 AND moves you to the top of our list.
Want a CDL? We can help make that happen, too.
3) Tough skin.
We’re a crew that constantly pokes fun at each other. If you can’t take a joke, you probably won’t fit in. 💅
4) You have to be okay with ending up on social media.
Because… ya know… that’s where you’re seeing this post, so you should probably already know how our marketing works. 😂
5) You need to show up.
Not most of the time. Not just when you feel like it. Our crew depends on each other, and that means we need someone dependable.
That being said, we’re also a family business. Your kid wakes up sick and can’t go to school? We get it. Life happens from time to time. There’s a difference between life happened and I just didn’t feel like coming to work today.
6) You don’t have to know everything.
Experience is great. A willingness to learn is better. If you’re teachable, work hard, and actually WANT to learn this industry, we can teach you a whole lot.
7) You can’t be afraid of a little hard work.
It’s trees. It’s tree servicing. It’s logging. It’s Indiana weather.
You’re going to get hot. You’re going to get cold. You’re probably going to get dirty.
If sitting behind a desk sounds miserable to you… we’re already off to a good start.
😎 Safety isn’t optional.
We joke around plenty… but when it’s time to work, it’s time to work.
You’ll be around chainsaws, heavy equipment, cranes, falling trees, and a crew that expects everyone to go home at the end of the day.

Good. You might be our kind of person. 👀
We’re not necessarily looking for the person with the fanciest résumé.
We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, teachable, and ready to become part of a crew that’s growing right along with this company.
Think you’d fit in?
Call me on my cell at (260) 667-7339.
You’ll be talking to Lindsay, not Joe, for this first round. 👋🏼
And if you text me “you hiring?”… I won’t respond.
Why?
Because you didn’t read the directions, and that’s a fairly good indicator of what I should expect if I did hired you. 🥲😂
Now you’re probably thinking…
Okay, Lindsay. What’s in it for ME?
Paid vacation after one year.
Paid paternity leave.
We typically try to buy the crew lunch 3–5 days a week.
Pay? Well, that depends.
Do you have a CDL?
Do you have tree or logging experience?
Can you operate equipment?
What can you bring to the crew?
Let’s chat. 📲
You will be required to pass a background check.
You’ll also get to meet Benji, our German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix who happens to have been trained as a drug-detection dog. IYKY
All jokes aside, our employees interact with my little girl, our family, and our clients and their families. I take that seriously. I need to know the people we bring into this company are people I can trust around all of them.
The hours:
Monday–Friday
⏰ 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
We try to get off early on Fridays when we can, and Mother Nature occasionally decides nobody is working that day. Dangerous weather = stay home.
Want more hours? There’s typically optional additional overtime on weekends.
If you made it ALL the way down here and still think…
“Yeah. These might be my people.”
Give me a call. 📲
And if this job isn’t for you, but you know someone who’d be perfect for it…
TAG ’EM.
After all, your tags are part of the reason we’re hiring in the first place.
