Our standard service will include the following:
Kitchen
Clean sink, wipe down countertops (moving all items on the counter top)
Clean kitchen table and chairs
Clean front of a dishwasher, front and top of refrigerator and stove ( inside stove and refrigerator $20 extra charge for each)
Clean hood vent
Clean inside/outside of microwave
Clean exterior of cabinets
Sweep and mop the f
loor (hand scrub difficult areas)
Bedrooms
Dust and wipe door frames
Vacuum all carpets or floors
Make beds and change linen (if provided)
Remove cobwebs
Remove garbage
Dust blinds, walls hangings, window sills
Baseboards wiped down
Bathrooms
Scrub and sanitize countertop, sinks, tubs, shower walls, doors and floors
Scrub inside and outside toilet area
Clean and shine chrome and items on the counter
Wipe down cabinets and windowsills
Clean all mirrors, cabinets, drawers and shelves
Empty garbage
Other
Wipe down laundry machines
Perform general pickup duties
Dust all furniture
Clean fireplaces (only after 8 hours of non-use)
Clean patio door and windows
Dust railing and banisters
If your house is vacant or for sale we can provide a more in depth cleaning.
- Floors swept/mopped
- All horizontal surfaces wiped down with a cleaning agent, including but not limited to: ceiling fan blades , counters, window sills, etc.
- Sinks, tubs, toilets thoroughly cleaned.
- Air fresheners provided with date in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry rooms.
- Replace non-functioning light bulbs. If your house takes an hour or less, it's $75 flat rate. If your house takes longer than an hour, than it's $70/hr. Remember, that is covering gas, supplies and our services.
