As a Maintenance Office Manager, you will be required to answer phone calls and emails promptly and scheduling appointments. You will also manage the day to day operations including updating website information, social media postings and Yelp inquiries. You will be working closely with the business owner/handyman.
Requirements:
- Excellent phone, text, and verbal communication skills
- Good with basic technological skills
- Knowledgeable in Wordpress, GSuite, Quickbooks
- Excellent in Word, Excel, Slides, and Outlook
- Must have high school diploma
- (Optional) 1-2 years in office experience
- Must be willing to learn and adapt to new information
- Must be located in Fresno, Clovis, Madera, or Sanger area
This job is mainly remote with exception to meeting once a week in person. Employee has potential to become full-time worker. Dress code is casual but professionally appropriate.
