61 year old Navy veteran with 23 plus years of residential home maintenance experience. My wife and I bought a home here in Friendsville at the end of November 2018 to be closer to her grand kids and remove ourselves from the rat race of Southern California,
I do have a retirement income, however, I am not fully prepared to hang up my tools and remove myself entirely from what I have been quite successful with and enjoy for so many years. We are looking for small home repairs or projects that allow us extra income and the freedom to travel occasionally as we wish.
. Our goal is to retain long term clients who are looking for an affordable, punctual, quality work minded handyman and occasional handywoman with integrity. We have many long term references.
I am very well versed in a number of areas:
Wood fence and gate repairs
Replacement of all plumbing fixtures (toilets, faucets, under the sink drains, valves, water heaters, vanities and sinks etc.)
Replacement of light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, switches ( no electrical trouble shooting)
Excellent drywall repairs caused by plumbing or electrical modifications or an accidental hole in your wall
Painting a few rooms. No whole house paint jobs.
Kitchen appliance installations
Window coverings ( mini blinds, drapes, curtains)
Window screens
Picture and mirror hanging
Furniture assembly bought from places like Ikea
Some interior door work and installations
Build or install garage storage shelving
Pet doors
Toddler safety gates
PVC sprinkler repairs
