The first cave in on this project was a lot easier to deal with because there was no rebar or plumbing in the ground yet. This time is different. Now that those stages are in, it may mean cutting out some of the rebar and removing plumbing so everything can be corrected the right way. The important part is this: the homeowner will not be charged extra for any of it. Tidal Wave Custom Pools stands behind the work and handles situations like this without pushing added costs back onto the customer.

Sometimes weather can create a real setback on a jobsite. On this project, the rain caused a cave-in, which bent the rebar and damaged some of the plumbing, so part of the pool has to be dug back out and redone the right way. A lot of companies would turn around and charge the homeowner a muck-out fee or add extra costs in a situation like this. Tidal Wave Custom Pools does not do that. If something has to be corrected, it gets corrected โ€” without adding charges back to the homeowner.
