Volunteer: This is Cody. He is 21.

In the day time, he works in construction and “fiddles” with tools “and such”. He wears cowboy boots, cowboy hats and helps his Father on his farm with the cattle.

Cody volunteered to “help” the Hike Kidz Foundation prepare for the Christmas parade. He ended up dressing as a Pirate, running through the parade, handing out presents from above and capturing the grinch with a rope in front of the judges. I remember looking down at him from the ship during the parade and him saying, “Give me some PRESENTS!” At the end of the night, he came up to me and gave me a fist bump with a smile.

Volunteers make these organizations come alive. They make them memorable and heart warming. If you see Cody, give him a fist bump for us 👊🏻🫶💓
