This Wednesday, March 29th at 7pm, join The Jonathans of Table & Field at the Yorba Linda Public Library as they discuss the ins-and-out of sausage making! This free demonstration style class will cover meat choice and preparation, packing techniques, proper seasoning and more. Small samples will be provided. Class is held in the library's lower level, in the Community Room. See you there!

Join the Jonathans as they guide you through the creation of a meal that features all bright and fresh flavors of the season. Don't forget that our Holiday Entertaining Class at the Fullerton Arboretum will be held this Thursday, November 17th. Class begins at 6pm. The Jonathans will be preparing, from scratch, an entire holiday menu. As a class participant, you will get to experience all the preparations and instruction, receive a recipe booklet and of course get to enjoy the multi-course meal (complete with wine and dessert).
