Have you ever thought you would like to have a handle getting into the attic? This recent Hand/Safety rail installation turned out great. Offers a very strong support and makes the entrance/exit from the attic so much easier and with an added level of safety. If interested send me a private message for a quote. This could easily prevent a fall from the attic.

Ceiling Fan Installation Trivia: Most all new homes are constructed with 2 switches for ceiling fan installation. Historically fans were supplied with a pull chain for the light and one for fan speed. With most fans now being supplied with remotes instead of pull chains you are left with a choice to make.

1. You can use 1 switch and the remote, leaving one switch unused, or
2. You can use two switches without a remote but you will need to install a fan speed selector switch instead of a simple on/off switch. I've added a picture of a common selectors switch.

Its really just a personal preference, no right or wrong way to control ceiling fans.

Recently we installed a Patio ceiling fan on an 18 foot high ceiling. The homeowner provided the fan and a 6 foot extension to lower the fan, project turned out really nice. This is the Lowes Slinger 72" ceiling fan.

A recent ceiling fan installation on a 15' high ceiling, with the addition of a 6' downrod to get the air flow to the homeowner.
$50 per fan installed, with or without remotes. Can also add fan speed switches if you prefer switches over remote controls.
