The three homes we have owned on Live Oak Peninsula required extensive renovation and remodeling, which I designed and directed contractors to implement. My goal has been to provide a coastal home that is comfortable and welcoming to friends and family reflects our coastal lifestyle.

Easy, cheesy snack...1cup parmesan cheese, 1cup mozzarella, mix with one egg and 1 teaspoon onion powder. Spread on parchment paper, bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Chewy and cheesy!😍

Dear Melba & Tom, thank you so very much for allowing all three of your beautiful houses on the historic home tour this year!! I will tell you that many of our visitors rated your place the best of all on the tour!!!

Tom & I loved our docent crew from the Society that made it happen! They were great with all of the several hundred visitors that came by & we can't wait to celebrate with them at the appreciation party!

A truly unique structure built in 1946 on a bluff overlooking Aransas Bay. Three co-joined housing units (Tortilla Flat, Casa Blaca, and Los Arboles) built around a central courtyard that we purchased in 2011 and completed renovation in 2015.

Master bath was added to the existing house. The accesory shelf over the bath tub is the top of an antique pump organ.
