Precision Home and Pools! Is your one stop shop for all your pool service and construction.

The new member of precision pools was educated and put on our weekly schedule and now enjoys her pool all season long without it feeling like a chore. This 4’x4’ deck with decorative railing and steps were built for a member in the Oswego county. Now all the kids and adults will be able to safely go in and out of there pool without having to use the old rickety pool steps. We also sold a wedding cake double rail submerged pool step that was secured and attached to the new deck. They couldn’t be more pleased!!!

“ You’re Quick and you’re smart “ they told me as I replaced 2 new exterior doors and 2 storm doors.
With good guidance we were able to guide our new customer through the entire buying process with no issues.
They loved us!
With my background of electrical I was also able to help by taking out an old beat up bathroom vent and replacing it with a new light/bathroom vent all in one unit.

Are you in need of a full home remodel and looking for a reliable insured company to bring your home back to life?
don’t wait and give us a call!

We’ve been dealt with the responsibility of this persons full remodel and let me tell you, they are extremely happy with the results! We have completed the upper portion of a 3 bedroom two bath country home and are nearing the end of the bottom half of this house. This customer was so satisfied they’re calling us back in the spring to remodel there siding and roof.

More pictures of the down stairs finished result will be posted later on. I also want to Shout out to this customer for choosing Precision Home and Pools L.L.C and our upmost trusted partner, home improvement to take on this home remodel.

This new and very satisfied customer called me early last week and asked if I was able to do there floor, she’s got a deadline to finish this house and she’s running out of resource’s!

Here at Precision Home and Pools we were able to help out with ALL of her needs and she is beyond great ful she called in the professionals.

Closer towards the end of last week she goes, “ Zach! Can you install a window a door and delete the window in the bathroom?” Well yes of course I said. Here comes Monday and she asks us to do even MORE work for her. But that’s not an issue.

We were in it for the Long haul at this point. A 24’ load bearing wall delete then built and installed a 24’ header. Added supports to the attic. 3 double the normal size closets framed in and of course our beautiful laminate floor.

With smiles and high-fives all around the boys at precision homes knocked this one out of the water! Good job to the team and thankyou Ashley for choosing Precision Home And Pools L.L.C.

What a crazy week, got a few small jobs and a plumbing night mare.

New door and drywall this customers ready for paint. Just put the last coat of spackle on today.

Then We jump over to our loyal customer Chris’s apartment and fix a few of his tenants leaky issues. A Bad smell was coming from the house. The tenant said it smelled like rotten eggs. So we located the issue and just deleted the pipe going to the dryer installed a plug and moved over to the toilet that was running away!

Installed a new fill valve and his toilet is no longer running constantly!

We then go across the hall where we fixed a lady’s spout to her tub and started tackling our new nemesis “The Plumbing Nightmare” this tenant will get a total update on there plumbing in the bathroom.
