The flooding from the water heater demanded a thorough renovation, installing new sub floor to mitigate water damage and sheetrock repair. The new LVP flooring added a tasteful vintage farmhouse touch. We thank the Butlers in Tidmore Bend for the opportunity to make things once again in there beautiful home.

This window was causing a mess for the customer. I was able to uninstall the window and get rid of all the rotting frameing. I was able to frame the window back in with adding insulation as well with all the new fresh lumber installed i finished it up with some break metal(textured) to show off a nice clean case'd metal window casing. I effectively addressed the customer's concerns with this double-wide mobile home, where the roofing system had reached a critical state. Through diligent foundation checks and strategic redecking, I ensured the structure was restored to level. The installation of 1x4 laths and 3.5 r-value insulation board enabled the delivery of a high-quality, 29-gauge low rib varnish slate-colored metal roof that met the customer's expectations.
