That's a wrap on Murder Mystery Weekend, and we are still thinking about it.

The 1930s outfits came out in full force. Suits, sequins, hats, the works. Our campers do not do anything halfway, and the Old Hollywood whodunnit dinner was every bit as good as we hoped.

A few other things we will not forget anytime soon:

Dogs. Sitting in chairs. Like paying guests. We have photos and we are not sorry.

The kids ran the scavenger hunt like it was a paid assignment, then went straight to crafts, then straight to the inflatable slide. Somewhere in there they also ate.

Thank you to everyone who dressed up, played along, and made the weekend what it was. This is why we love this place.

Up next: Labor Day Weekend, September. Then two Halloween weekends in a row, September 11 to 13 and September 18 to 20. Costume contests, trick or treat, haunted hayrides followed by our First Annual First Responders Weekend!

The Woodstream community is coming together to support one of our own. We’re asking campers, local businesses and friends to help by donating a basket filled with fun products, gift cards, treats or other great items.
🧺 Basket drop-off: Anytime between now and September 3rd
🎉 Basket raffle: September 4–7
🎟️ Basket raffle drawing: Sunday, September 6th
We’ll also have:

Saturday, September 5th beginning at 9 AM — until sold out!
💵 50/50 Raffle
Tickets are available now, with the drawing Saturday evening, September 5th.
Every basket, baked good, raffle ticket and donation will help ease Ginette’s costly expenses and show her how strongly the Woodstream family supports one of its own. ❤️
