After 5 seasons at the helm, Sylvain had his first hayride sitting in the back with the kids. Andy took the helm for the first time and captained the classic Woodstream Hayride. He took a “wrong turn” and went off the old route but the kids and the seasonals loved it and viola a new route has begun. . 🤪 The kids have so much fun…. The kids are adorable.

We are saddened to learn the sad news that Ruth Dunphy, our favorite soup lady, has left the party to meet up with Ed. Ruth passed away this past weekend. She will be fondly remembered by many. See attached obit. Love you Ruth🩷🩷🩷HUGS!!

And just like that, the 2026 season is officially underway. 🇺🇸

Memorial Day weekend at Woodstream Campsite was a full one. We kicked things off with the Co****le Tournament, sent the Bike Parade rolling through camp, loaded up the Hayride, and battled it out at the Gaga Tournament.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made the weekend what it was. There's a whole summer of themed weekends still ahead, and we would love to have you back.

Memorial Day weekend here at Woodstream is in full swing! Despite the rain, it’s been such an incredibly rewarding weekend. All the hard work is already starting to pay off. The feedback we’ve gotten is so encouraging. So much is going on here that we don’t even know where to begin. So let’s start with what makes this day special - our soldiers. This weekend we were blessed to have several members of the 914th Air Refueling Wing from the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station staying with us so we dived in on something we thought we would eventually do. We've started a new tradition here — evening Retreat and morning Reveille at least one day each weekend to honor our soldiers and our Country. And we started that tradition today led by the 914th and TSGT Joshua Carter and his family. It was so moving and inspiring!!! And the icing on the cake happened after! We had offered to donate our old flag to the 914th but then to our surprise after folding up the old flag TSGT Carter decided to give Andy the flag instead to signify the passing of the guard to us as the new owners. What a special moment! Our old flag will be hung with honor in our general store.
