You can purchase this set of blueprints for $2,000 as is or we can come up with your own custom house plan from scratch.

Currently, there is no wait time. Plans usually cost between $2,000 - $3,000 depending on square footage and intricacy of the design. Target schedule for completion is one month from the start date.
