Just a question that will not affect many. We made a 50,000-dollar investment in solar energy for our home. No, I am not a greenie but seeking to be off the federally subsidized and money-grubbing grid. Now the energy we produce in excess of the energy we use has been reduced by half in its return value. My energy which they take from me as it is yet unlawful to live "off the grid" has somehow been reduced in value by nearly half. We made substantial upgrades to our consuming appliances to increase our solar efficiency only to have the electric co-op Sawnee EMC gobble up any and all benefit of all of this. So, I ask was your electric bill reduced by half or is my outrage just?
