Pro tip: Don’t flip your pancakes until you see little bubbles on the top!

We’re trying the Apimaye bottom boards for our 8 frame hives this year with great results. It’s nice to be able to be able to start collecting pollen at a moment’s notice if we want to! Full review coming soon…

🌱 Spring growth means the robots are back at work.
Automation is a huge part of how we keep our small farm running smoothly, and now that the grass is waking up for the season, our robot mowers are officially clocked in.

They’re low‑maintenance, energy‑saving, and they free us up to focus on the parts of farm life that really need human hands. We’ve tested several models over the years, and this season we’re running more of them at once than ever before.

Over the next few months, we’ll be sharing some of the automation strategies that help us stay efficient, sustainable, and productive out here.

💬 Have questions about farm automation—or your own experiences to share? Drop them in the comments. I love hearing what others are trying.
