Team PCC was excited to return to The Catholic University of America this past week for the Fall 2026 Career & Internship Fair!

Our very own CUA alumni, Chris Caruso, Project Manager, and Peter Schindler, Project Engineer, represented PCC Construction Components, Inc., and connected with talented students interested in exploring opportunities in the construction industry.

We’re especially excited to meet potential candidates for our 2027 Summer Internship Program and share how an internship with PCC can be the beginning of a rewarding career with Team PCC. We also loved the opportunity to showcase the career paths and opportunities available to CUA graduates.

Our newly appointed Vice President Eva Lichtenberg, Project Executive Sheldon Trice, Chief Estimator Heidi Gardner, and Safety Director Dan Press enjoyed a fantastic day of networking with industry peers and getting in some quality golf time under perfect skies. Chris brings more than 13 years of progressive experience in the commercial glazing industry, building his career from Glazer/Installer/Fabricator to Foreman and, most recently, Superintendent. His extensive hands-on glazing experience, combined with proven field leadership, makes him a great addition to our team and a strong fit to help lead commercial glazing projects from preconstruction through completion.
