We are a growing design and construction management firm seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to support our project teams and leadership. This role is critical to keeping projects running smoothly from concept through completion.
Position Overview
The Construction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant provides administrative, project coordination, and client support across multiple active projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow within the construction and design industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to project managers and leadership
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, submittals, and RFIs
• Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and project timelines
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files
• Communicate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
• Support permit applications and compliance documentation
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and expense tracking

Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative or coordination experience (construction, architecture, or engineering preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with project management software a plus
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset

The sign is officially up! Partnered with Conestoga Buildings this project has been in the works for quite some time!

We’re excited to see things moving forward on this large-scale commercial retail and warehouse project in New Jersey, where we’ve had the privilege of serving as both the designer and construction manager.

Projects like this don’t happen overnight. There’s been extensive planning, coordination, and behind-the-scenes work to get to this point and seeing our sign on site is a milestone that represents all of that effort finally coming to life.

From raw concept to real progress… this is why we do what we do.

⛳️ Our first annual “Taste of the Masters” was a hole-in-one.

Today we hosted vendors, clients, and friends at the Construction Concierge by Conestoga Design Studio to watch the Masters Par 3 Contest, enjoy an Augusta-inspired spread, and spend the afternoon doing what we do best, building great relationships.

Safe to say… this one is officially a tradition.

We need the sun and warmth to come and dry out the site at this Barndo build. When referring to a "Barndo", our team at Conestoga Buildings and our sister company design team, Construction Concierge by Conestoga, think of this building pictured here as a post frame "Barndo". What we find is many clients and other builders think of the trending modern farmhouse as a "Barndo"! What do you think?!
