Clients wanted more safe, open space for their children to play on. As well, an entire valley of water run off funnels through their yard creating major washouts up to 4 feet deep. Removed 20+ trees and stumps, moved 200 yards of dirt, installed 200’ of underground drainage. We were able to create a wide, flat and gently graded area for the water to “slowly meander” its way across their bottom land to the outlet. Seeded with quick grow grass and protected with 24 erosion mats.

They gained over a half acre of play area!!

Took a job this past winter gutting and remodel of a very old apartment (150 years +). Stripped walls and ceiling, Leveled the floor 9” out of level. Installed subfloor, entire bathroom, drop ceiling, new plumbing, new electrical, blew out a wall, created new bathroom space, washer and dryer room, Sheetrock, mud and tape. Returning this winter to start the finish work.

Going to be a good day!! Saw the dog crap before the weedeater got it. 🙄😂😂.
