This weather has caused significant roof and siding damage. Here are a few examples of properties we have inspected and secured with tarps. If you have sustained roof damage, please contact your insurance provider to obtain approval for temporary tarp installation to prevent further issues. Notably, most insurance policies will not cover additional damages incurred after a claim has been filed. There are several reputable local companies available to secure roofs. We will collaborate with your insurance company to ensure a seamless roof replacement process.

Big things are happening right here in our community.

These two brand-new custom homes are being built by Richland Window & Door in partnership with KTB Metal Roofing & Exteriors — and we wanted to show what real craftsmanship looks like from the ground up.

Another Addition Going Up in Galion 🏡🔨

We’re currently building a 25×30 home addition and this one is a beauty!

This addition includes:
✔️ Spacious master suite
✔️ Private master bath
✔️ Large walk-in closet
✔️ Dedicated office space
✔️ Laundry room
✔️ Full basement for added value and future space
✔️ Finished with a standing seam metal roof

We’re just waiting on the weather to wrap up the exterior! 🌦️

The homeowner handled the flooring, trim, and paint — but we took care of the full build from the ground up:

🔹 Interior doors

And like all of our builds, we don’t use regular yellow pine floor joists.
We build with Structural I-Joists in every addition and new home for stronger, straighter, longer-lasting floors. 💪

Crafted from premium hardwood maple, the kitchen features soft-closing doors and drawers, as well as an appliance garage, KitchenAid mixer pullout, and custom drawers. The space is further elevated by elegant granite countertops. We would like to extend our gratitude to the King Family for entrusting us with the design of your brand new kitchen. We’ve been so busy that keeping up with social media has been a challenge — and this project is a big reason why.

This home has been a major transformation from day one, and we’re excited to share what we’ve been working on:

📌 20’ x 20’ addition added to the back of the home
📌 18’ x 28’ front addition with impressive 14-foot ceilings
📌 Side addition coming up next
📌 Roofing going on in about a week

And this isn’t just any roof…
We’re installing a slate architectural-grade metal roof that you won’t see anywhere else around here. ProVia’s metal slate panels deliver the look of rustic slate shingles with the durability and strength of steel.

Using 26-gauge galvanized steel, ProVia makes a roofing system that’s up to 33% thicker than other metal options while still weighing up to 3x less than asphalt shingles. Their GalvaTec™ finish protects the panels from harsh weather, fading, chalking, algae, and those black streaks you see on traditional roofs.

To go along with this, we’re using DynaClad® Ultra HT Wind & Water Seal™ specialty underlayment — a self-adhering, waterproof membrane engineered for metal roofing. It sticks aggressively to most clean surfaces, self-seals around screws and nails, and protects the home from water pe*******on, ice dams, and wind-driven rain. This advanced underlayment ensures the roof isn’t just beautiful — it’s built to last.
