Floor prep! The most important part of the epoxy application isn't even the actual application. It's actually what you do BEFORE laying down the product.

I have seen countless epoxy jobs (done by other contractors) that failed due to a lack of proper concrete prep. We focus a lot on the preparation because this is basically what determines:

1) how long your floors will last
2) what they can endure
3) how good they will look!

Here, we epoxied the baseboards for a better look, and also because this prevents mold/ bacteria/ dirt/ dust from piling up and accumulating in the seam where the floor meets the wall. 😧
