Looks like the foundation has broken away a bit here at the left side front corner so the brick veneer may lack support. Subsequent observation is recommended. Should you see this show signs of movement that is certainly a time to have it evaluated by foundation specialist, general contractor, or a structural engineer. Of course you can always have it evaluated at any time. Note: There does not appear to be any movement cracking, etc. currently.

Route the discharge line which is attached to the pool equipment at the rear exterior. Extend it out so the pipe is not discharging moisture at or near the foundation. Note: The pipe discharges at the splash block currently.

The attic hatch and frame in the attached garage are wood which is flammable. A drywall hatch door would be a better choice along with weatherstripping the frame to hatch for draft reduction.
