This week’s Forgotten Rooms Quilt Along block is Uncle Albert — and I fully intended to get more footage of him coming together. But somewhere along the way, I got completely focused on watching all those little puzzle pieces fall into place. 😂🧩🧵

And honestly? SO FUN.

There’s something ridiculously satisfying about starting with a pile of oddly shaped pieces and suddenly realizing, wait… I made a skull. 💀🌹

I’m continuing with my moody Apothecary fabrics, and I’m loving how each new block adds a little more personality to this quilt.

Another room unlocked. Another block finished. 🗝️🖤

When September rolls around, what happens at your house?

🍁👻 Team BOTH — fall first, then we’re swapping it ALL for Halloween

😂 Team NEITHER — I am not redecorating my house every six weeks, thank you very much.

I found Leap of Faith Quilt Shop in Lafayette, TN during the KY/TN Shop Hop and immediately knew this one was going on my must-come-back list. 😍

And can we talk about the KITS?!
Table runners. Three-yard quilts. Seasonal projects. Mini quilts. 🧵✨

There were projects for a quick little sew, projects you could sink a weekend into, and kits at all different price points—which is exactly what I love when I’m wandering through a quilt shop looking for inspiration.

Basically, whether you want a little “I deserve a new project” treat or you’re ready to commit to an entire quilt… there’s something waiting for you. 😂

So happy I discovered this little gem during the Shop Hop—and maybe a little concerned that Lafayette is close enough for me to visit regularly. 👀

The Ghost Party has officially arrive👻🎉

Nine very friendly ghosts, a whole lot of color, and enough personality to haunt your couch in the best possible way.

This quilt was made using the Ghost Party pattern by WoollyPetals and a quilt kit from Quilt With Miss Kate, and I LOVE how playful it turned out. The bright pinks, oranges, blues and yellows against those scrappy white ghosts are just ridiculously fun. 🎃🩷

And unlike most ghosts, this one is actively looking for somewhere to live. 😂
