It's impossible to miss a good sunset.

One of our favorites from over the years, this home has it all. Coffee bar in the primary bath? Why not. Catwalk from the living area deck to the boathouse deck? Yep. This Grand Beach home was designed around the idea that a waterfront view should last. Extending from the main outdoor living area, the dedicated sun deck was intentionally positioned at an angle to preserve Gulf views regardless of future neighboring development.

The expansive deck creates a destination for lounging and gathering, while its structure was planned to accommodate future additions like a hot tub or outdoor kitchen — a flexible design approach that allows the home to evolve over time while keeping the waterfront experience front and center. 🏖 😎

We're revisiting one of our projects from the Pointe West community for this .

Designed to capture Gulf views from every level, the home distributes living spaces across all three floors — from the main gathering areas and guest accommodations on the first floor, to additional flex and sleeping spaces above, culminating in a third-floor viewing room and deck overlooking the beach.

Each level opens to its own set of front and rear decks, creating multiple spaces to gather, retreat, and take in the surrounding landscape.
