Despite today's heat, our after-school ECO Club had a super successful first day out in the Spring garden! Students worked hard, clearing away winter debris, helping get our space ready for the growing season ahead. Along the way, we made some exciting observations—our strawberry plants are already in bloom, the bachelor buttons are just about to flower, and we discovered not one, but two praying mantis egg cases!

enSprout is looking for volunteers to tidy up the native pollinator garden at Swann Park this Saturday, June 10th from 10am - 12pm. We will be weeding, mulching, and pulling invasive plants. This is a family friendly event. Can’t make it in June? We will be meeting on Sunday, July 9th 12pm - 2pm and Saturday, August 5th 10am - 12pm.
