Huge congratulations to Sashies Dispensary on their soft opening this week. This was such a fun project to work on with Sasha. There were many twists and turns getting this project through the various regulatory issues and approvals, but we all "stayed the course" together and you came out with a great looking store.

The tree at Sasha’s Dispensary is starting to come alive. I am looking forward to seeing it completed.

Carriage house, which is to be a AHU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), presently under construction in Saratoga. We had limited space on site to accommodate the owner’s requirements for this seasonal home, but we were able to fit a lot of living space into what some might call a “tiny home”. The ADU was built “off-site” and shipped to Saratoga from a company in Pennsylvania.

Construction has started on another one of our projects at Saratoga Lake. This one is a substantial facade update to a raised ranch with “killer views” of the lake. Can’t wait to see the upcoming transformation.

We just submitted the site plan application for One Love Cures Dispensary. Here is a 3D computer rendering of our proposed renovations to an existing deli. This has been a fun project to work on, with a fabulous owner.
