The residential Master Bedroom addition is coming together nicely. April 20 framing, electric, plumbing and mechanical inspections all passed and May 4 the insulation inspection passed and ready for drywall and finishes.

Today was inspection on this beautiful Master Bedroom Suite, full basement and two story private Master Suite.
Framing, electrical, plumbing and HVAC inspections all passed with no issues from the inspector.
Next up are insulation, inspection and drywall/interior finishes before a final occupancy permit.
So proud of how this Quinn Architectural Design Group design is coming along

2026 and Kayla and I are well into the design of this 3000+ sf single story residence. It certainly eases our job when a client comes to us with a floor plan layout which allows us to move right into Schematic Design and Final Construction design phases.
Looking forward to seeing this project thru to the end.

Taking on a partner, Kayla Nichole whose creativity has already begun to show. We chose to go with a local graphic arts professional to recreate and put a very professional touch on our business cards and brochure.
The results are phenomenal!

Meeting on Monday 11/17 too review our design proposal for full architectural design plans on this 3,872+ square foot single story residence.
An old friend I grew up with reached out for our assistance as there will be requirements for ADA accessibility.
Looking forward to this one.
Kayla Nichole and I continue to be contacted for architectural design services and look forward to continuing our growth in PA, NJ, MD areas.

Our latest project is framed in from basement too second floor loft.
That ceiling is up 24' from the first floor master bedroom. Several in-house designed LVL beams we are rather happy with and proud to have engineered.
Roof on next week and windows being ordered.
One of our largest projects recently Kayla and I are proud to have designed and engineered.

Another LVL wood beam designed to take the place of a kitchen bearing wall in a current clients home.
We completed the original designs for multiple areas of renovation throughout the home.

The client is currently renovating the kitchen with all new cabinetry. Fortunately, this new beam has given them reason too add additional false beams to the kitchen ceiling. A look they had planned for.
