I love this floor, and I had the pleasure of getting to screen and coat it. I have talked with this client multiple times. I hope I get the opportunity to sand and coat it to bring it back to life. There are some marks and shadows that are stuck under a few layers of finish.

Fun little fix. Under the cabinet had water damage. Remove and replaced with a new bottom. Also directed the heat out the vent better so it wasn't just under the cabinet and not going out the vent.
