DIY Herb-Infused Tea Cubes✨
In case you missed this recipe, here’s a favorite for summer days.

Packed with herbs, and plant beauty from the garnishes, these tea cubes make for an easy, uplifting drink in less than a minute.
Makes 12 tea cubes
Ingredients:
🌱2 Traditional Medicinals tea bags - we used Organic Rosehips with Hibiscus and Organic Red Clover. For other suggestions, check out our Best Herbal Teas on Ice article through our link in bio.
🌱1.5 cups boiling water
🌱Optional: 1 Tbsp honey, if you prefer sweetness
🌱Optional: selection of garnishes: berries, citrus slices, fresh herbs like basil or mint
Directions:
✨Use 1.5 cups boiling water, steep tea bags for 10 min.
✨Remove the tea bags and squeeze out all remaining tea once tea bags have cooled a bit.
✨If sweetness is desired, stir in honey until dissolved.
✨Add your chosen garnishes to your ice cube tray.
✨Pour the tea into the ice cube tray, filling each cube.
✨Put the tray in a sealable bag or cover with tinfoil to prevent spills.
✨Freeze overnight or until solid.
Enjoy!
Use in place of ice cubes whenever you’re needing a refreshing herbal pick me up. Be sure to use tea cubes within 3 months.
