Due to the presence of mold, this bathroom had to be gutted down to the frame and literally everything replaced. New tub and 3 pc shower, glass door and matching shower head and valve. New toilet, vanity, sink, and mirror, new mold resistant sheetrock and paint, vinyl flooring, baseboards, door and hardware.

This bathroom, updated along with the kitchen in the previous post, came to life with a custom subway tile shower and backsplash with some modern accents, ceramic tile flooring, a new granite countertop and undermount sink, faucet, toilet, and a pre finished cabinet. Completed it with all new towel bars, switch/receptacle covers, and vanity lighting. I also used an old vintage mirror we found at a thrift store along with some decorative molding to custom make a new vanity mirror.

Updated this kitchen with new Pergo flooring, glass subway tile backsplash, sink and granite countertops. I also removed old brown wood paneling and replaced with sheetrock, installed crown moulding, and painted. I brightened the place up alot by stripping and painting these old oak cabinets and installing new lighting fixtures along with new updated switches, receptacles, cover plates and new drawer pulls and cabinet door hinges and handles. Finished it all up by installing all new refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and range hood. The homeowner who was intending to sell, loved her kitchen so much she changed her mind and decided to update her guest bath as well!

Natural, filled, and honed travertine stone countertop and backsplash with glass tile mosaic and roping accents. These pics do no justice. The stone and glass paired great along with custom accents to create some detailed lines that look amazing in natural light.
