We don't care if you're purple,green,blue,red,brown,black,white,yellow,indigo,fuscia,burnt umber,spanish,irish,german,russian,african,brazilian,french,martian,or any other color, race , place of origin, religious belief, whatever all we care about is how we treat each other when we interact. We will always provide you with the best service no matter what.

Yes even those people that like to hover, ask 10 million questions, supervise by security camera, or contact less. I'm the manager if you have any questions. I'm sorry there's no discount if your sister in law's son helps. No i cannot use the 30year old bag of cement from your fence project that was left under the deck next to the pile of asbestos shingles from when they sided the shed. I apologize in advance but the warranty on your planter box does not cover your plants not surviving due to murder by drowning. Or neglect. They are not their own eco system and still require maintenance. Please do not use our greenhouses to grow plants that are illegal in your state. Please note the production of m**h in our sheds will void any warranty.. We are not responsible for the use of any space after construction has been completed.

Here at H.B.C. we have a few simple beliefs that we incorporate into our every day functions.

We source the best possible materials from local vendors including local saw mills, and small town hardware stores. We believe that helping other small businesses helps the community as a whole.

H.B.C. is also extremely happy to announce that we are going "green". At our company that means we are currently using 99% battery powered tools charged via alternative energy sources. Hopefully within the next few years the technology will be available to run our business off %100 battery power. Also we are pushing for a new business fleet of hybrid energy trucks.(not there yet but wont be long).

At Harris Built Construction we understand that most of our products are built from wood. With that understanding comes a responsibility in our eyes to replace with more than what we took. For every custom job completed we will make the commitment to replace the lumber we used by planting at least one tree. For larger jobs more like two or 3. You can even help us choose the tree!

99% of our products are based on one simple thing.
The ability to grow our own food.
With the major weather events of the midwest severely limiting the amount of commercial crops that can be grown, it is now even more important that we not only start growing some of our own food, but that we also teach anyone willing to learn how to do it as well.

That's where we come in.

In order to grow certain foods they must be well maintained and protected. The best way to protect and maintain your garden is through a garden planter box system. These systems incorporate multiple different benefits including, irrigation on some models to help use less water, root protection from invasive species, species segregation to prevent ph imbalances, and ease of work.
