Today, we’re highlighting the incredible upgrades and enhancements made to the outdoor areas of the property.

In addition to the full-size hot tubs located on both the main-level and upper-level decks, the main-level deck has been expanded to more than double its original size. This impressive outdoor living space now features a built-in swim spa, an oversized chess set, and a spacious gathering area complete with comfortable couches, a fireplace, a television, and a 72-inch ceiling fan to keep everyone cool on warm Smoky Mountain days.

Surrounding the main-level deck is a custom four-hole miniature golf course featuring fun obstacles and full lighting, making nighttime “cosmic golf” a memorable experience for guests of all ages.

Just down the stairs from the main deck, you’ll discover a brand-new sauna, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

Last, but certainly not least, the property now boasts a newly installed, near-regulation-size pickleball court complete with an adjustable-height basketball hoop, offering even more opportunities for family fun and friendly competition.

These thoughtfully designed upgrades ensure that Smoky Mountain MegaLodge is not only an exceptional place to gather, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the Smokies, but also a destination in itself—filled with entertainment, recreation, and opportunities to create unforgettable family memories that will last a lifetime.

Today, we’re showcasing the children’s playroom and bunk room—a remarkable transformation from a plain, uninspiring bedroom into a child’s dream retreat.

The space features custom bunk beds with a whimsical fort on the upper level and a cozy bed below, creating the perfect setting for both adventure and relaxation. A floor-to-ceiling bookshelf filled with toy cubbies provides ample storage while keeping favorite playthings within easy reach.

Beneath the television, a large activity table offers plenty of space for crafts, games, and creative projects. Built-in niches surrounding the area are stocked with toys and treasures designed to spark imagination and encourage hours of interactive play.

Adding to the magic is a dedicated dress-up area complete with a collection of Disney princess gowns, allowing little ones to step into their favorite fairy-tale adventures.

Every detail of this room was thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity, encourage imaginative play, and create lasting childhood memories.

Today we’re showcasing the upper-level common areas of the Smoky Mountain MegaLodge!

What was once a loft with nothing more than a mattress on a bench. It has been completely transformed into a hidden poker room and speakeasy. Rich color, a new wall-mounted TV, and a complete poker table setup have turned this overlooked space into a destination of its own.

The main gathering area has undergone an equally dramatic transformation. Fresh Iron Ore paint, updated décor, and thoughtful design choices have breathed new life into the space. Guests can enjoy bar-top seating, a brand-new pool table, air hockey, and a 65-inch TV—creating the perfect place to relax, compete, and make memories.

The centerpiece of the room is impossible to miss: a magnificent Red Stag mount commanding the main wall. This incredible animal was harvested in Argentina by one of the owners of the Smoky Mountain MegaLodge. After more than two years of work, preparation, and international transport, the mount finally made its way to the United States and now serves as one of the lodge’s most striking conversation pieces.

Every corner of this level was designed to give guests a reason to gather, play, and enjoy everything the MegaLodge has to offer.

🎮 Today we’re showing off the theater and arcade room transformation!

Out went the old refrigerator, broken wine chiller, and tired countertop. In their place, we brought new life to the space with a bold splash of color, a brand-new foosball table, five arcade games, and an impressive 98-inch TV.

This room went from dated and forgettable to an entertainment destination all its own. Whether it’s game night, movie night, or just a place to hang out, this space is ready to make memories.

One of my favorite rooms in the entire cabin—and a perfect example of how the right vision can completely transform a space. 🎬🕹️🏆

Today we showcase the bunk room! We took these old tired, log bunkbeds and retired them. In their place, we built a custom triple queen size bunkbed, and two custom triple full size bunkbeds. The bunk room has a wheel of Fortune theme, complete with MegaLodge millions wheel and two wheel of Fortune video games.
