✨ A Kitchen Makeover Worth Showing Off! ✨

This kitchen has gotten a HUGE makeover, and we’re loving how all the details came together!

But today, we’re putting the spotlight on these beautiful quartz countertops! 🤍

These countertops are from our Curated by Carstin line in Venetian Cream. This is one of our popular quartz colors, and we can definitely see why! The bright, soft tones help make this kitchen feel open, fresh, and beautifully bright.

And of course, the countertops aren’t the only transformation! We completed the cabinetry and backsplash as part of this kitchen remodel, too. The warm wood cabinets paired with the light backsplash and Venetian Cream quartz create such a beautiful combination. 😍

We love seeing how all of these pieces come together to completely transform a space!

Older homes have so much character but remodeling one can come with a few surprises!

Before jumping into a kitchen, bathroom, or other home update, here are 3 things we recommend looking at first:

1. What’s behind the walls?
Older homes can have outdated plumbing, electrical, insulation, or other issues that may not be visible until the project begins.

2. Is the floor level and structurally sound?
Uneven floors are common in older homes and can affect cabinets, flooring, countertops, and other finishes.

3. What has been updated and what hasn’t?
Knowing the history of previous updates can help you make better decisions about what needs attention now and what can wait.

Remodeling an older home doesn’t mean you have to lose the character that makes it special. The goal is to make your home work better for how you live today while respecting what makes the home unique.
