Sometimes a room just needs a fresh perspective.

This charming space had great bones, interesting architectural details, and beautiful French doors. But its potential was getting lost in everything it was holding.

The homeowner did the heavy lifting, packing up and clearing the room so I could work my magic.

We turned the bed, created a welcoming little moment by the French doors, and brought in a few simple, neutral accessories.

Same room. Same furniture. A completely different feeling.

That's what I love about staging. It's not always about bringing more into a space. Sometimes it's about seeing what's already there in a whole new way.

Making room for the people we love.

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, this homeowner wanted her guest room to feel ready for the family coming to visit.

Over time, the closet had become a landing spot for decorative pillows, seasonal accessories, and all those things that needed somewhere to go.

We edited what was there, removed the pillow covers for a more neutral look, and created space for guests to unpack, hang their clothes, and settle in.

Because hospitality isn't just about a beautifully set table. Sometimes it's about making a little room in the closet.

A thoughtful little Fix, just in time for the holidays.

A little organization. A lot of fun! 💜

I had the pleasure of returning to Rising Lights Project for Organization Workshop 2.0!

We rolled up our sleeves and practiced everyday organization skills—from sorting and simplifying to creating spaces that work better for us.

One of my favorite things about these workshops is seeing everyone jump in, share ideas, and make the skills their own.

Because everyone deserves a space that works for them. ✨

Pretty is nice. Functional is better.

A linen closet that works for the whole family? That's the goal.

My process is always the same: Clear. Sort. Purge. Organize.

Everything comes out. Like items get grouped together. We make decisions about what stays. Then we put things back in a way that makes sense.

Easy to find. Easy to put away. Easy to maintain.

Because a beautifully organized closet isn't much good if nobody can find the Band-Aids.

A little magic. A lot of function.

My favorite kind of client text: “New donate pile.” ❤️

Tina and I have worked through her pantry, kitchen and closet—and now she’s sending me pictures of the editing she’s doing on her own.

And I LOVE this.

Because the goal isn’t for me to be the only person who can make your home work.

It’s for you to start looking at your things differently. To recognize what you use, what you love and what you’re ready to let go of.

We have more sessions on the books, and I’m genuinely so excited for her.

Because I know how good she’s going to feel as more and more of her home gets easier to manage.

Small business life. 💕

Sometimes the office is a client’s home. Sometimes it’s my kitchen table.

And sometimes it’s a picnic table while the birthday boy and his friends are off having adventures.

After several days of thoughtful editing and preparing this beautiful home for its next chapter, I’m so grateful to have played a small part in this family’s journey. 💗✨
