We’re bringing our handmade pierogi to the Wolf Ranch Farmers Market again this Saturday since we sold out so fast last weekend! 🥟💨

Filled with creamy potato, cheddar, and caramelized onions, they’re finished here with plenty of caramelized onions and our family’s Pierogi Butter 🥟a savory blend of caramelized onion, cracked black pepper, and a touch of sour cream.

Our Pierogi Butter is a finishing butter, so add it at the end of cooking for the best flavor and texture. Because it includes sour cream, we don’t recommend using it for high-heat cooking.

Come find us under the beige tent in the Northeast corner by the intersection opposite Just Love Coffee Cafe and grab yours before we sell out again 💕

Homemade potato, cheddar, and onion pierogi, the old-school dough I first learned to make with my Gram and Mom as a child. 🥟💕
Requested by customers at the market, this batch feels especially meaningful and deeply appreciated.
Yesterday was my Mom’s heavenly birthday, so making these with her rolling pin and on this beautiful cutting board from our dear friend at Gaye's Wood Products feels like a sweet reminder that old cherished heirlooms and new treasured keepsakes can both bring joy to the kitchen and comfort to the table.

We're bringing our Porcini Toasted Pecan
Ravioli 🍄‍🟫 and Spinach Foglie d'Ulivo 🍃, plus lots of pasta in all kinds of shapes and flavors.

We'll also have Porcini Cognac Butter, which goes perfectly with this week's ravioli, and our Elote Butter 🌽just in time for corn on the cob!

As always, we'll have our sauces, infused balsamic vinegars, olive oils, finishing salts and seasonings as well as other various butters.
